. TO ENTER you must complete and have your entry submitted before JANUARY 18, 2020 at 11:59am. Tickets will be sold between December 5, 2019 and January 18, 2020 at 11:59am (Contest Period). Tickets cost $5.00 each. 
There are (3) prizes to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

 All prizes have been donated by sponsors and all funds collected will be used towards BDMHA ICE RENTALS FEES AND REFEREE FEES.

 PRIZES 
a) ONE BELLEVILLE SENATORS PREMIUM SUITE BOX FOR 12 FANS for JANUARY 25, 2020-Value $1150 
b) TWO (2) MAPLE LEAFS HOCKEY TICKETS vs DALLAS STARS for FEBRUARY 13, 2020 -Value $300 
c) BRIGHTON BRAVES TEAM WEAR – VALUE $100 (Your choice of team wear from REILLY’S up to $100) 

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Prize winners are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein. 

6. ON JANUARY 18, 2020 at noon at the KING EDWARD ARENA, BRIGHTON
, a random draw for the Prizes will take place from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 
a) The first entry drawn will be eligible to choose their first choice out of all three Prizes. 
b) The second entry drawn will be eligible to choose their first choice out of remaining two Prizes. 
c) The third entry drawn will be eligible to receive the remaining Prize. 

The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. BDMHA, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential winners by phone number provided the same day of the CONTEST DRAW. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. Acceptance of the prize assumes that the potential winners have read and understood these official rules, accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsor from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s, participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of potential winners, shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner has been duly selected, but in any event, no later than THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY OF THE CONTEST.
