Just a reminder on a couple of things before your player steps on the ice this week....
Submitted By Adam Flatt on Saturday, September 26, 2020
1. 1st payment, which includes your Hockey Canada insurance coverage, must be paid before your player steps on the ice. You should have already received an invoice for your first payment. Please e-transfer payment to [email protected] ASAP.

2. COVID19 Screening questionnaire needs to be done EVERY ice time for your player AND any companion entering the arena. You will find the Screening on the BDMHA website at: https://brightonminorhockey.ca/Forms/1306/COVID-19_SELF_CHECK/preferably

Submit the questionnaire approximately 30 minutes prior to entry to allow for your automatic submission email to be sent to your inbox. DO NOT SUBMIT THE DAY OR WEEK BEFORE. The submission is day/time stamped and volunteers at the door will be verifying your screening submission email upon entry.

Our Guidelines/Responsibilities under our contract with Municipality of Brighton are as follows:

*Enter arena for your Ice time no earlier than 15 minutes prior.

*Show volunteer your COVID 19 Screening submission email at the door prior to entry. DO NOT ENTER ARENA IF YOU OR YOUR PLAYER ANSWER NO TO ANY OF THE SCREENING QUESTIONS.

*Please no in/out once you are in the arena as we have strict numbers permitted in the arena at one time.

*Everyone entering the arena will be required to wear a mask.

*Players/Coaches/Trainers will keep masks on until helmets are ready to be put on in change rooms.

*Players are encouraged to be fully dressed before entering the arena, skates can be tied in change rooms

*One companion per player in the arena. The ONLY area that companions are allowed to be is in the arena stands. No viewing from warm area in lobby, besides accessibility area. We are only allowed 50 people total in the arena besides the players/coaches/trainers on the ice.

*U11 (Atom) and under will be allowed 1 companion in change room to help tie their player's skates.

Please note that these guidelines must be strictly adhered to, as our contract with Brighton Municipality will be jeopardized if we not ALL work together to keep our players on the ice this season!
