By checking the box below, the Team Manager/Head Coach on behalf of his/her team releases any sponsors of the above mentioned tournament, its officials, arena management and all concerned with the tournament, from any liability for any injury or accident which may be incurred by any players or team official while participating in, or travelling to or from the tournament and accepts all decisions of the Tournament Committee as final.
Entry into tournaments is only reserved with a registration form and full payment
Entry is not reserved if registration form is received without payment, payment is not received 3 weeks prior to tournament date or registration form is incomplete.
If the tournament is cancelled due to government regulations, a full refund will be issued.
If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons related to covid: a full refund will be provided.
If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons not related to covid: a full refund if a team withdraws prior to 3 weeks but No refund if a team decides within 3 weeks of the tournament date that they don’t want to attend.
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to deny entry into the tournament, without reason. Should this situation arise, all entry fees (including the deposit) shall be refunded to the payee.
