Tournament Refund Policy


Entry into tournaments is only reserved with a registration form and full payment

Entry is not reserved if registration form is received without payment, payment is not received 3 weeks prior to tournament date or registration form is incomplete.

 

Refund Policy 

If the tournament is cancelled due to government regulations, a full refund will be issued.

If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons related to covid: a full refund will be provided.

If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons not related to covid:  a full refund will be provided if a team withdraws prior to 3 weeks before start of tournament but No refund if a team decides within 3 weeks of the tournament date that they don’t want to attend.
