PTS form deadline this year is April 14th, 2024.

Please have all of your PTS requests submitted via the link below; 

https://brightonminorhockey.ca/Forms/1412/Permission_to_Skate_and_NRP_Requests/All
 
PTS forms will be printed and ready for pick-up at the BDMHA Banquet on April 16th, 2024. This will be the only pick-up date and location for these forms this year.
